MANAGEMENT OF THE FOUNDATION
The Code 3 for a Cure Foundation is led by a President, Secretary, and Board of Directors who meet a minimum of once per quarter to set the direction for the organization, establishing goals and general policy.
MEMBERS OF THE BOARD
The Board of Directors of the Code 3 for a Cure Foundation is comprised of seven members, including two officers and five directors:
